We all have a time when we get stressed or upset. However, playing with my friends or watching an interesting movie makes me feel better. It is even better if I go to the cinema to see a movie; it takes all the pain away. Or I can play games too to free myself from what is stressing me out.

No, this is not a drill. I'm damn serious about it. There's no amount of sadness or worried that I would be, which once I get a money alert, it's all gone. Money works like a charm for me 😂
 
Speaking with my mom calms me down like nothing else in this world before my daughter. Now, all I need to do is look at her face and all my sadness and being worried is gone.

I don't smoke weed or even a cigarette but I like the smell of weed more than cigarette. Cigarette smell chokes me badly.

You don't get high when inhaling the smoke of weed? I grew up in a tough and rough neighbourhood where they grow and sell weed. I had my fill of it before moving out 😂

This is the real deal. You hardly get those kind of people these days. Everyone is looking at using you for what they are going to benefit from you.

If you have friends who are real, hold them right.
 
To me it is all about self-care and distraction.
First off, listening to some good music can be very uplifting.. Besides, I may also take a simple walk or engage in some little exercise; this will helpe me in wiping away any form of stress which may cloud my thought.

Also, communication matters a lot.with close people. Therefore, even a short conversation with people can help a lot. I can also use other methods like reading interesting books or watching funny programs that will lift my spirits.

Lastly creating anything whether through art writing cooking etc gives me sense of achievement. I also try changing my thoughts and not holding onto future / past related concerns so much. This has really helped me out a lot too.
